S.C. TENDER S.A., a company based on integral Romanian private capital, was established in September 1991 in Timisoara.

The object of activity of our company has changed and developed along the years, from oil products en-gross trade and oil exploitations services to the construction of buildings and transport services, the main activity of the company being the administration of our compounding societies in the best conditions possible.

After 16 years, TENDER S.A. is the main share holder of a group of firms that activate in the following important domains: industry (oil, energetic), geological prospecting, road construction and rehabilitation, industrial and civil constructions, real-estate services, agriculture, IT and tourism.

TENDER S.A. stands out in the Romanian economic environment as, along these years, it overtook companies with financial problems at the date of the acquisition and by investing in new equipment and technologies; they have become profitable and even quite representative for the domains in which they activate.

TENDER S.A. introduced and applies The Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, certified by Moody International.
